Agona Travel reserves the right to update prices without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service. Full details are provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms. Agona Travel is not responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred due to travel delays, flight changes, or weather conditions.
4. Travel Changes and Flexibility

Agona Travel acts as a facilitator for travel services in Punta Cana, Uvero Alto, and Cap Cana. Travelers are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
6. Behavior and Conduct
Guests are expected to follow safety guidelines and respect local customs during tours and transfers. Agona Travel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
